Yes. As explained to KylieM, a stipulation for a 30 day extension in the briefing schedule was filed together by Plaintiffs and Defendants. As far as I know Judge Royce Lamberth did not rule or order the suggested briefing schedule.

However, if the suggested is going forward, the Judge is waiting for Defendants replies in support of their motions and oppositions to plaintiffs’ cross-motions and reply in support of their motion for judicial notice. So it look like it is going forward for the parties. The judge is at a standstill and waiting until June 23, 2014 when all the briefs have been submitted. All of this is dependent on the Judge agreeing to the suggested schedule.

In any case, as far as the suggested schedule goes, May 2nd is next date since the March 21st briefs deadline has been completed. I suppled the links to you in the previous message.

Here is the suggested schedule again.

1. Plaintiffs file oppositions to defendants’ motions and cross-motions and motion for judicial notice
March 21, 2014 - Done

2. Defendants file replies in support of their motions and oppositions to plaintiffs’ cross-motions and reply in support of their motion for judicial notice
May 2, 2014

3. Plaintiffs file replies in support of their cross-motions
June 2, 2014

4. Hearing on defendants’ dispositive motions and plaintiffs’ cross-motions
June 23, 2014, at 9:30 a.m.
