Share Structure & Scientific Contribution,

CTKH share structure consists of 9B authorized shares, 1B shares of convertible debt, and 50M preferred shares.
The preferred shares are owned by Mr. Hilal, and each share is entitled to 200 votes.
The convertible debt, it appears, was issued and retired, hence no shares were issued as it was determined that no fees were paid to the transfer agent to issue shares of CTKH stock for the convertible debt. Please read recent DD by DrLarzo.
Finally, the A/S is 9B, and the previous Cetek Technologies Inc webpage indicated that there were 6.1B shares outstanding. In 2012, that page got replaced by a Cetek Inc webpage, with no reference to any shares outstanding or investors related news. I speculate that this is because Cetek Inc is a fully owned subsidiary of Cetek Technologies. And as the convertible debt was retired prior to any conversion to stock, the O/S is decreased by 1B or so. Plus, Mr. Hilal has promised 10 years ago a share buyback of 500M. So the O/S is less than 6.1B, and maybe as little as 4.6B.

Cetek Technologies has 3 subsidiaries; Cetek Inc, Hybrid-Tek, and WindPower Innovations Inc. Belanger is an affiliate of Cetek Inc.

Prior to the Reverse Split of 150 to 1, The Hilal family trust owned 18% of those shares. The RS decimated their 18% to basically nothing. The RS was hard on everyone.

Cetek Technologies contribution to science;

1) CTKH is working in LTCC technology:

2) Planar Electrode Quadrupole Ion Traps,
(Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Chemistry,) Brigham Young University, Provo, UT. The Substrate for the experiment was provided by Hybrid-Tek.

3) Optical Hybrid, Ohio State U, alumina silicate and macor provided by HTI.

4) WindPower Innovations, a CTKH subsidiary. http://www.joesdata.com/executive/Fayiz_K_Hilal_151830520.html

5) A bilingual(Chinese and English)ceramic engineer was on short-term contract at Cetek Technologies, Inc, from 10/2009 to 01/2010, working on large area alumina tape casting. Please take note of the PHD graduate qualifications at:

6) 5 years ago, CTKH provided ceramics, engineering, and $100k to the heat exchanger project with WilsonTurboPower. The WTP paper is called "Design and Performance of a High-Temperature Regenerator Having Very High Effectiveness, Low Leakage and Negligible Seal Wear." It is available for download at www.WilsonTurboPower.com/regenerator.

7) Finally, Los Alamos Neutron Science Center used a CTKH Macor circuit board that is 1.52mm in size for a project called the LANSCE Harp Upgrade. The link to the description of the project known as Tupsm014 is included below, and Cetek Technologies is listed on page 136 item 5 as the manufacturer of the macor circuit board.
