I've been warning about David Lovatt's dilution disasters including DNAD for years. It's hard for me to understand why anyone would buy DNAD given its EXTREME dilution and reverse split history. Lovatt's history of massive dilution and other issues are even more evident by reviewing his history with other PK stocks including (in order): CLDZ, IJJP, CLDR and ENTS.

No one should ever trust anything DNAD or David Lovatt announces.

He learned how to profitably dilute from notorious the notorious firm of Big Apple Consulting with IJJP and CLDR. He continued toxic dilution via notorious toxic dilution finaciers such as Fairhills Capital, Magna Group and Hanover Holdings.
