Noticed before you like to talk fallacies, is that a cover for saying you don't agree with the crux of it .. as i saw it the crux being the framers didn't frame it as a right to bear arms based on a belief it was a right to bear arms against the federal government?
You might want to look up some debate fallacies, and begin to comprehend what a logical fallacy is. It means your point isn't deemed proven, unless it actually is.
I find that logic is extremely profitable.
I think Madison framed it quite well in the federalist papers. He seemed to indicate that armed citizens would be capable of defending the Constitution. He didn't specifically name the enemies, foriegn or domestic. That would be a "false dilemma."
