Luckily (if that is the right word) - I was a relative newcomer to the former CLYW, bought in at lower cost average than I suspect you did, and won't have too much trouble in managing to absorb my losses here. Think I bought my first shares here in 2009 after things had already dropped a fair distance from their max.
And no - the fat lady (or not-so fat reciever) hasn't begun that final aria (yet). But you can hear the orchestra warming up in the pit. Am hoping in the back of my mind that the reciever can get some token money from selling the patent, and that there is enough left over after having paid the lawywers and legit creditors, that we get even a few cents on the dollar for what we held.
It's a longshot,.... but it isn't impossible. Regardless - it was disappointing, although not shocking in any way that it came down to this.
I admit - I don't get the closed findings either. Was actually at the last hearing (live in the area) and it's not like any trade secret NOT already in the briefs was talked about.
