there's no deceit.....just pure corruption.....the Obamacare weasels put the issue before the Supreme Court and the "penalty" was declared a tax.....that's why the IRS is involved in collection....

end of story....

it's NOT a penalty.....it's a tax.....so, the law suits won't begin unless plaintiffs like flushing their money down the toilet.....
