it's NOT a penalty.....it's a tax.....


Now anyone can play the word game.....Just what is the gov doing to the individual who doesn't comply?The gov is requiring you pay a "tax",as it was defined by the Supreme Court.Therefore,you are being"penalized",with a "tax".Think about this.How does anyone pay a tax,on something they don't possess/own,or better yet,something that doesn't exist????You don't have the healthcare,therefore,as it pertains to you,it doesn't even exist.
