That's exactly what I've been trying to make clear for the past year. MJNA's management will not talk to anyone, will not answer calls, will not complete business transactions. And these are just a few of the red flags they have. They gave no explanation for sudden departures of every single director they have had. Michelle is the only one left. She appointed Michael Julian as another director which is laughable. What is he directing exactly? And finally, MJNA claims Michael Llamas stepped down as CEO of MJNA, well, did he step down as CEO of HDDC, the biggest shareholder of MJNA? He, Michelle Sides and Vernon Darrimon all worked together as directors of North American Companies - and they are still continuing to work together! Who is HDDC? Who is on its board? Who are its actual employees? What's its actual income? What are they doing with the half billion shares they own? Why aren't they holding shareholders' meetings? Why aren't they trying to increase their shares' value by actually completing transaction such as issuing 24M into an escrow account for RDH so it can actually function, why aren't they issuing 47M for Canchew? Why aren't they buying CANV's deeply discounted shares for a dollar each in order to increase the value of their CANV holdings thus benfitting their shareholders? What's going on with Canipa Holdings? Why do they own a website networkofhemp.com that features Bruce Perlowin as its CEO and yet sell products made by CANV, Canchew and HempMedsPX? Is Bruce Perlowin part of HDDC d/b/a Cannabank? Is that why he and HDDC once shared the exact same address in Foothills Ranch? And what the hell is this New Compendium Corp whose original address was a house in Boulder that was sold as a distressed property for 1 quarter of its original value? Who's on New Compendium Corp's board? Is it even a real corporation?

What I want to know is this...was HDDC formerly First Hemp Bank?

Michelle Sides will not grant interviews nor step out to represent the company. What kind of a director is she? And what's with all the bull posts on their FB pages in which they extol the virtues of CBD extracted from marijuana instead of industrial hemp? In my opinion, MJNA is part of a much bigger shell game in which their business practice is to pretend to acquire another companies to falsely inflate their value. Michael Llamas did just that with his past company, he duped investors into thinking they were buying quality properties when in fact, what they bought were distressed properties at twice or thrice their value and split the profits between himself and Peter Woodard.

And now it seems the pattern continues - this time they duped MJNA investors into thinking they owned Dixie and it's evident by their PRs which always went like this: "MJNA's Dixie Elixirs..." They convinced their shareholders they acquired Canchew - no they didn't. In order to acquire, you have to actually issue the bloody shares to that company and they didnt. Just like they didn't issue shares for RDH. And they apparently, according to Kannalife, issued shares to them to be monetized but upon my investigation, I learned that at least 1.2M of that funding given to Kannalife by MJNA and Cannavest was to line the pockets of Kannalife's directors.

And lastly, geeker posted a link to MNA's side of the story regarding the RDH lawsuit. Did anyone notice that MJNA tried to cajole Dixie into arbitration with them by offering a settlement agreement? Dixie said no because they knew MJNA just wanted them to shut the hell up and not expose MJNA's business dealings publicly via a jury trial.

And what's with the rumours that Cannabank gave their employees cheques linked to an empty bank account?

Yes, CBD is great, rah rah rah but MJNA is not. They have a LOT of explaining to do. And the more they refuse to explain, the worse it makes them appear.
