MJNA's management will not talk to anyone, will not answer calls, will not complete business transactions.

Why should they be answering phone calls when they have people making conclusions before even trying to contact them? I wouldn't open my mouth either. I think you're looking to have like a facebook connection to them, that's now how business gets DONE.
What business transactions did they not complete? Only one I've heard of is the shares issue with Tripp. I don't think MJNA went through with it because it would've posed a serious problem to market value for investors. As REAL money starts pouring in, people will naturally forget about the shady past and Tripp will more than likely just wind up with his shares. In my opinion.
Regarding the Michael Llamas connection to Michelle Sides... well, we have to first get to the part where we acknowledge that Michelle Sides has taken on unmerciful public bashing from people unwilling to check their sources. The mugshots that people have gone snooping for aren't even pictures of her, and yet every month we'll continue to see posts raising 'this point' although it's not just blind speculation, it's a complete fabrication of the truth...
So, one can't be too shocked, of course, when we then see that even those trying to pose as credible go out of their way to make blind conspiracy theories about their connections. There is not much public knowledge about their relationship. Instead of praising MJNA management for taking corrective action to attempt to eliminate the constant obsession of attention to ridiculous issues, it then becomes a problem that Michael Llamas isn't involved in MJNA so they take the CannaVest criticism route.
Personally, I think it's been a while since people on either side of the fence were realistic about things. What I find hilarious is that we have a bunch of SEC investigators here and yet somehow, in 6 months, the SEC has taken no action. Is it really possible that this board is better at investigating than the SEC? DOUBT IT.
