More Significant DD on INVA- XUII merger potential-
ABCTrader1027- as I've inferred from the XUII latest SEC filings- it appears that in December alone, XUII (once just a live concert streaming company 3 months ago) ACQUIRED a significant patent for RFID technology, developed mobile apps and software as well as a tablet using google/android OS, offers its customers IT service development AND acquired a holding company named NITH, LLC that apparently now or will hold a Communications company with $20 mil in revenues and has customers in over 25 countries. [color=red]I have just confirmed that between Trakkers (the RFID's and patent) Right Tag (the RFID Patents and customers in 25 countries and china), Shopinova (the mobile apps store for google android and apple as well as other OS) and Desert Communications (major 20mil revenues) all of those distinctions have now been verified and met. I have decided to use CEO Adam Radly's own website descriptions to emphasize how pertinent these findings are. [\color]
[color=red]There exists so many more reasons for a strategic merger/ reverse merger and use of a private holding company. This is very very exciting stuff and I'm sure we will continue to hear more filtered information through the appropriate channels afforded at this particular time.[\color]
NOW PLEASE READ THIS directly from Inova Tech website as it pertains to her subsidiary holdings, Trakkers, Right Tag and Desert Communications.
