As you may have recalled, XUII- Imerjn used to go by this description as late as October 2013-

Xumanii was a platform that broadcasted live events in HD with a new technology that combines hardware and a software platform to broadcast from multiple cameras, wirelessly an event with an extremely low production cost until September 30, 2013. In October 2013, the business plan for Xumanii was changed to enter into the branded tablet market, app market and pursue acquisitions that may be synergistic to the company’s focus in various technologies.

I'm of the opinion, that CEO Radly has engaged in a significant merger/reverse merger--- bringing together all of the wonderful facets that INVA subsidiaries provide revenues, while further adapting and expanding the current business model of XUII to support these various new forms of technologies.

This is still under the radar GEM here at these bizarrely low pps levels, The 20mil in revenues alone coupled with the $58 mil in back logged purchase orders and contracts make INVA as a sub penny play filled with mega POTENTIAL. This merger- solves so many issues the various subsidiaries have as well as giving XUII a much better collaboration than just Trakkers, Inc.
