Np guy, and yes it does seem as though they could get away with murder, should they care to push the envelope that far.

I don't believe any specific companies were mentioned in that 25 SEC page doc. But both MEVT & AWSL, along with a good handful of others, were listed in the DTC statement halting those tickers while awaiting the outcome of an SEC investigation.

All who still hold shares in this POS should have had a like statement of sorts, accompanied by the same links I rec'd, in their respective trading accounts.
