Recently, Judge Casper has been quite busy with the trial of Whitey Bulger. Perhaps that extended the time it took to render decisions on some of her more recent cases.
Bottom line:
Don't expect a decision on this motion for summary judgment later today. A judge needs a considerable amount of time to carefully consider all the issues involved before rendering a decision.
