my colleague who speaks with Kidrin said the expectation was that since this case has been on the books and the judge was apprised quite awhile ago about the known facts in this case, that they were expecting a rather quick determination by the judge.
Funny, but if you look at the last for or even for a pattern, they are getting longer and longer in time. Glad I moved off of it. Not worth sitting around waiting to see if I gain 30% or lose 150% Learning so much from this one. Risk is no where near reward.
