State of the company:

Most recent research report:

Ruby mine:

Update from 10-3
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/north-bay-resources-inc-nbri-ruby-gold-update-otcqb-nbri-1837734.htm

Important items:
1) Mining imminent waiting for permit to purchase and use explosives. Already 100% fully approved just waiting on the paperwork. This is the last step to begin mining.

2) All infrastructure has been updated and winterized. Wash plant tested and ready for gravel. New equipment has been purchased to move gravel on surface and keep the mine open all year 365 days. Including snow removal equipment to keep the road open during winter.

3) Tunnel rehab to 2nd exit has been fully assessed and we are currently finishing the tunnel rehab to the exit at the Lowry portal. This will give us a second exit and access to 3 other gold formations.

4) Construction of a raise to reach the Black Channel, which has best gold bearing formation in the Ruby mine history, scheduled to start soon. IMO once we finish sampling the white channel we will move into the Black channel where the most gold and largest nuggets have been found.

Fraser mine:

Most recent update. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/north-bay-resources-inc-nbri-issues-fraser-river-jv-project-update-2013-09-19

Important items:

1) Fraser will be mined by our partner SOLID and we receive a 20% royalty of all gold mined. We get our 20% before any bills are paid our only requirement is keeping the mine permitted.

2) Fraser has been fully approved but we were asked to complete an AOA which is described in the update. The final clearance is expected any day.

3) First test has been approved to test 35,000 tons in the best area tested last year. Last years tests were so good we delayed mining by 1 year so we could increase the claim by 65%. There are an estimated 7.7 Million tons of mineable material total at this claim. More info here:
