KLMK had some news while I was away. Unnoticed so far. Patent cases settled, no details given. Hopefully it means some cash for them to help with the roll out of their new apps

Klever Marketing is pleased to announce that the iPhone Application is now completed along with the Android and the company has conducted a Focus Group which commenced on Saturday, September 21st, 2013. The results of the Focus Group by both the consumers and the cashiers testing the Android and the iPhone were phenomenal.
Klever Marketing, Inc. has also instructed their patent attorneys to assert their rights in protecting their extensive patent portfolio from any further infringement. This matter has now been resolved and settled.
The company has recently contracted with two major consultants both with extensive experience in the industry to set up the future operational plan for the company's KleverShop(R), KleverDash(R), KleverBank(R), KleverKloud(R) products to be installed in two additional independent supermarkets in Orange County, CA in November. The company plans to roll out into a regional chain the first quarter of 2014 to be followed by the installation of a national chain in mid 2014.
