******** This is simple and easy to understand now in my opinion because PRIME RESTAURANT ROYALTY FUND hadn't changed their name to PRIME RESTAURANT INC until 2011. So what you have basically is a BLOOMBERG BUSINESS WEEK article referring to exactly what is PRIME RESTAURANT INC in 2007 being a SUBSIDIARY OF FAIRFAX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED because Fairfax just bought PRIME RESTAURANT ROYALTY FUND. ************ DONE!

Brad, if you have any doubt still, than ask yourself why PRIME RESTAURANT ROYALTY FUND changed it's name to PRIME RESTAURANT INC in 2011, when PRIME RESTAURANT INC was the name of PRSU.PK stock in 2007?????????
