2007 link which shows PRSU.PK(PRIME RESTAURANT INC) with the advertising logo of PRIME RESTAURANT ROYALTY FUND on it. EXPLAIN??????

Why did PRIME RESTAURANT ROYALTY FUND change their name in 2011 to PRIME RESTAURANT INC?
