It's just a tough swallow. Where did the new clerk get the idea to change a number like 2.7B to unlimited? That has to come from somewhere. Wouldn't she ask someone (if she weren't told to use unlimited initially)? Was BW unavailable, so she asked Daisy? I don't know. This scenario is rowing upstream.
