It's just a tough swallow. Where id the new clerk get the idea to change a number like 2.7B to unlimited? That has to come from somewhere. Wouldn't she ask someone (if she weren't told to use unlimited initially)? Was BW unavailable, so she asked Daisy? I don't know. This scenario is rowing upstream.

Barring any legislation this year in a state(s) that I am unaware of, Wyoming is currently the only state that allows "unlimited" shares. I have a hard time wrapping my head around the idea that a "young lady" working in a North Carolina office would know that -- and then insert that exact word into such a critical document.

I do believe, however, that the document was prepared exactly as intended. Whether or not it was by a "young lady", who knows.
