There certainly are problems driving down the PPS but when you look for a greater PPS in the end and you are holding a hand full of tickets it can have some real benefits. Especially when you have someone on the side that is collecting the cheap ones waiting for the grand finale’. they will transfer shares to Hanover until the final payment is 9.9% of the O/S; that will maximize the number of shares Hanover has to dump at the highest price. It will not be pretty when that happens.
I do not expect any good news until 2 weeks before Hanover’s final payment maybe not until one week then a huge run up and then you will see lots of good stuff coming up until the filings are complete if they ever do. If they do not complete the filings then do not expect much of a pop at all.
Here is the problem when people jump on this they will do the DD I was so negligent in and then it will be all over and the PPS will go nowhere.
On another note I see someone is insinuating you and possibly some other poster destroyed all their hard work. Think about it if it is impossible to destroy their work the work they are doing has no substance and is quite likely unlawful.
I try to only post the truth as I see it and try to provide links. I suspect the same is true for you. Like I said before I got caught up in the Washington Mutual stock and was so wrong all the way around I promised my self I would never do that again. Funny thing is I provided links in the WaMu case and I was still so wrong.
