Maybe someday we will see these too. All these events should have all been in a 8-K within 4 business days of them occurring...

The increase in the A/S.

The loss of the P-5 for their operator C&C Petroleum.

The loss of the concession in Belize.

The LOI with US. Fuels.

The appointment of a new CEO for Belize Energy.
