I am sure there are those that are gloting about today. I am also sure the SEC, the Texas Securities Board, The Texas Attorney General, the TRRC and others are still building a case , IMO.

This is old and sketchy news at best. Fact is Treaty won the BK hearing. Treaty is pumping and selling oil in Texas when there were call that they could not do either. Treaty has drilled to TD on SJ#3 when there was talk that they were kicked out of Belize. Facts are clear, Treaty is moving on up. Higher Highs and Higher Lows. ROLL TECO ROLL
