Net Income for Q1/2013 was a (loss) -$717K

Basic and diluted net loss per share $ (0.13 )

As of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the Bank exceeded all applicable capital requirements to be classified as a well-capitalized institution under the rules promulgated by the Federal Reserve. Designation as a well-capitalized institution under these regulations does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by the Bank’s regulators.

*CECB is making the glacial migration towards getting their nose above water like many many of its peers but it's far from being out of the woods. Book Value is negative and yet Mr. Market has it at .44. It's been unreal to me how investors will support a sick bank like CECB and yet be unwilling to buy banks with stellar positive earnings and be selling at a discount! (BNCC comes to mind)... Go figure.

*I don't know if FMAR still holds 24.9% of CECBs' stock...I haven't looked into it and probably won't at this time ":~|
