What Does Cecil Bancorp Do?

Cecil Bancorp is the holding company that owns and operates Cecil Federal. The bank serves individual and business customers in Cecil and Harford Counties in northeastern Maryland. The bank’s primary activity is lending real estate mortgages with funds from retail deposits and loans from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. The company also provides brokerage and investment services through a partnership with Uvest Investment Services.
