I call it a "slow motion IPO"

The offering price is subject to change until all of the warrants are exercised.

The value of the brand may be interpreted relative to attendance and margin.

Promotions can make or break the brand, and may affect the stock price and event attendance in opposite or similar ways.

It is likely that the stock will follow attendance if margin per attendee can be stabilized or increased.
