Hypothesis..."What IF..." and "IF Then..."

Does it work on other timeframes...notyet/sometimes...but...
I only want it to help define "PRICE" when price is at the outer Bands on the daily chart. ALWAYS the outer Bands ask you to read your technical indicators...Read the indicators at signal lines=signals at Bollinger Band signal lines.
So like Bollinger suggests...price at or outside the Band is not a signal by itself...
I need to get other signals working for me along with price.


I'm suggesting here; that when the 10,2 or 20,2 outerBands are in play/acting together with the 50.2 outerBand...it is the signal when "price" is at the 50,2 Band that should be read...not the 10,2/20,2...(so really doesn't matter if price continues to chase the 10,2 band...you wait until price is back inside the 50,2 Band to read your technical indicatrs...


Before there was Bollinger Bands...you had to rely on PRICE...support/resistance...and the "relative distance" price was away from a certain moving average...such as the 50day average or 200 day average. Bollinger Bands really are just an algorithm that will contain price inside the Bands most of the time...when the 50,2 Bands come into play...the signal at this outerBand is more important than what price is doing with the 10,2 or 20,2 Band.
Hypothesis
A scientific hypothesis is the initial building block in the scientific method. It is a suggested solution for an unexplained occurrence that does not fit into current accepted scientific theory.
A hypothesis is the inkling of an idea that can become a theory, which is the next step in the scientific method.

The basic idea of a hypothesis is that there is no pre-determined outcome. For a hypothesis to be termed a scientific hypothesis, it has to be something that can be supported or refuted through carefully crafted experimentation or observation.

A key function in this step in the scientific method is deriving predictions from the hypotheses about the results of future experiments, then performing those experiments to see whether they support the predictions.

(***it says this is where and when to read you technical indicator...) The primary trait of a hypothesis is that something can be tested and that those tests can be replicated. A hypothesis, which is often in the form of an if/then statement, is often examined by multiple scientists to ensure the integrity and veracity of the experiment. This process can take years, and in many cases hypotheses do not become theories as it is difficult to gather sufficient supporting evidence.

Upon analysis of the results, a hypothesis can be rejected or modified, but it can never be proven to be correct 100 percent of the time. For example, relativity has been tested many times so it is generally accepted as true, but there could be an instance, which has not been encountered, where it is not true.

Most formal hypotheses consist of concepts that can be connected and their relationships tested. A group of hypotheses comes together to form a conceptual framework. As sufficient data and evidence are gathered to support a hypothesis, it becomes a working hypothesis, which is a milestone on the way to becoming a theory.
