Did you see SUGO won there Court Judgement and McLeary couldn't prove that SUGO CEO failed to comply with his obligations to disclose information. That is a Huge Victory for SUGO imo

McLeary did not produce any evidence on the application and therefore provided us with no basis for making a disclosure order. He has not shown that the executive director has failed to comply with his obligation to disclose all relevant information that is not privileged.
