Additional Clarification:

HTI and AHSG participated together to form a joint venture which created an umbrella
company called Alternative Hydrogen Solutions. This statement is to clarify that this joint
venture is not a merger of the two companies. HTI is and shall continue to be the exclusive
manufacturer of the Hy-Series new generation of products. HTI brings the technology to the
joint venture and will continue to design units for the many applications found in each of the
verticals stated in the press release dated June 5, 2012. AHSG, a well financed group, is the
marketing arm and brings the funding for growth, R&D and operational expenses to the
partnership. AHS, owned 50% by AHSG and 50% BY HTI, is the vehicle through which orders
and revenue flow.

Reason for the increase of the outstanding shares by 78,947,368

On 16 February 2011, Highline Technical Innovations issued
78,947,368 at .0019 to raise approximately $150,000. These funds
are being wired to Dong Feng Motors to continue HTI’s obligation
as required by the company’s joint venture. The company will be
providing supplemental information to Pinksheets in the event of
a share structure change. The intent of the company is to keep
shareholders informed of what kind of transactions take place with
the share structure and what the monies are used for when and if
shares are issued.

Mr. Coats: We have already implemented steps such as EPA verification for diesel technologies back in December. It is government, you have to fill out paperwork, it is not a matter of them listening to you, it is a matter of you filling out the right documents and for them to look at it and talk about proving it. They set the rules that everybody has to abide by, so we are going through the processes of that. It just takes time, and by the third or fourth quarter, we hope to be well into the process, but realistically it could take all the way through 2012 to do so.
