NOTEWORTHY ("Must READ") PQ3 Posts:

From poster PAULQIII (PQ3):

HLNT units are working like charms on all testing evals,
exceeding expectations of trucking fleets, gensets and all other
applications. The orders that were thought to be coming in a little
sooner are now coming in. The military application alone is for a
possible 100,000 units. At $5,200 a unit, do the math. On a major
internationally known fleet, an HLNT unit and the engine were
examined after 111,000 miles and the engine was as clean as a new
truck engine, the unit was working like a charm and the fuel
savings was 15% with a particulate reduction of 53%, with noxious
emissions reduced by 90%. The results from the new units are
outstanding. There has been chatter here that there will not be
another PR before the New year. My money would be placed on seeing
2 or 3 before the New Year, and then 2 or 3 more very early in the
New Year.

The next R&D for the products are going to allow the units
to adjust on the fly while the trucks are on the highways with
instantaneous adjustments through a computer centralized control
mechanism to change amperage while the truck is in motion to get
maximized results. In other words the units will be constantly
hitting the sweet spot at all times. Once the units obtain this
capability, and they will not far into 2013, the units will be at
peak performance 100% of the time and getting easily 20-30% fuel
savings constantly. I will not tell how this will be done as it is
proprietary trade secret information, but it will be done shortly
into 2013 without changing product design or manufacturing of the
products. It is an exciting time at HLNT.

Niko is on the right track about Telematix. But there is a lot more
to this technology along with the help of Telematix, but I can not
go into that. Suffice it to say that HLNT will be on the cutting
edge of this technology of adjusting the units performance on the
fly without adjusting the unit at a pit stop. The unit will be self
adjusting while the truck is in motion getting optimum performance.

HP,who would have thought in a short time we would go from
.002 area to over .02?? There are a lot of exciting things going on
at HLNT and if even 25% of them hit, yes, 20 cents will be very
attainable. And yes, I expect much more than 25% of things to hit.

PQ3 on TUGBOATS:

You have analyzed this very well. I will give you another
application to think about. Think of tug boats. The tug boat engine
is absolutely huge. It has a height of about a 2 1/2 story building
and is very wide. The main cost for the tug boat is not fuel
savings but saving on engine wear and tear. Suppose you can extend
the life of these mega million dollar engines by one year or even
two so instead of a complete over haul every 2 years you get one
every 4 years. Don't even worry about the fuel savings, but the
millions saved on engine wear and tear is enormous. Do you think
that fleets of tugs would pay some nice dollars for this? You bet
they would and in 2013 that application should very well come to
fruition with huge market applications.

Casaprop is the marine expert and has done many installations.
The tug boat application is a bit complex with several units having
to be stacked, connected and programmed properly. Casa can speak
much better than I on the engineering and installation, and he will
be working on this project, but it is an exciting application and
very real for 2013.

Niko, that is the potential. If we see 1/4 of that I will be
thrilled, but I am very confident we will see a good chunk of
military business. Everything depends on government and company
budgets and that has been a problem on HLNT estimates for this year
because many companies have had trouble justifying capital
expenditures, especially with the lapse in the depreciation rules
allowing quick write-offs of equipment. But many companies are now
seeing what HLNT can do, and although things have taken longer to
get going than anticipated, they are now beginning to really get
going.

Yep, and good point. The problem with leasing is that unless
the customer is a triple A balance sheet leasing companies in this
environment won't do it. Then only purchases will work, Leasing or
off balance sheet financing will be used with certain fleets.

Thanks to PQ3 for his candid insights: Lots of SUBSTANTIAL
information here to consider & digest!!!

NEW ADDITION (12.23.2012) E-mail copy from HLNT/AHS™ CEO Charlton (Chad) Coats:

This is a response from Chad to a question I had for him about
the general progress of fleet deals and other applications of the
products.

Charlton Coats

to me
We are involved with many fleets in different stages of discussions, evaluations and coming to contract. The sizes of the fleets vary from regional fleets with 50-60 trucks to international fleets with over 1000 vehicles. We feel very confident in our products as they have gone through rigorous testing and development. The process has taken us longer to achieve the results we wanted, but we now feel we have the technology, manufacturing capacity, ability and expertise to have our products working extremely well in many applications. The OTR market is certainly a major focus of our company but the marine and genset markets are potentially huge for us as well. We are looking forward to a very bright 2013. Our business model lets us project $100 million in sales for the coming year, and we are confident we can achieve or come close to these results based on the performance of our products and the reception we are receiving from our customers and on evaluations from potential customers.

Merry Christmas and we all have a very good New Year.
