First of all SRGE started filing in 2004 and stopped after 4 years and then did nothing for 3 years and then suddenly removed themselves from the SEC registration status.
They filed "some" filings with the OTC then stopped and no have not filed anything again. They are on a STOP sign NO INFORMATION on the OTC.
Of course right after they filed their first 15-12G they started making claims they were going to register and uplist?
Also, they went dark in April of 2011...that's a wee bit more than a few months ago..it's nice to have your facts straight
Seriously, what company does that? You don't think the SEC will look at that and question their motives?
Clearly people are just greedy for money if they are simply overlooking the common laws of the SEC registration process for PR's from a non-reporting company.
The facts are clearly written on the SEC's website..not some joe poster's reference..the SEC's website, what company's need to follow in which SRGE is not following.
They will need to file what they missed for those 3 years they filed nothing to show the SEC what was going on.
First of all that isn't cheap and it will take a long time as well as finding an auditor that will actually take them on.
Claims of this have been just that, claims. No law firm or accounting firm have been named. If they have nothing to hide they will name them.
The company also has nothing to hide by announcing what their status is either.
Instead they would rather waste time trying to figure out who was on the land 6 years ago?
Good luck trying to convince this board otherwise as we don't drink the kool-aid here.
