Stephanie -- actually, we've been not so badly more or less holding our own, sorta, all things considered (there is a lousy relatively recent Supreme Court decision out there)

again if I'm not mistaken, that Obama campaign challenge re those same last three days in Ohio is still pending

that ruling in Florida is a very big deal

and as I understand all is not without hope as that ridiculous Pennsylvania voter ID law and the equally/even more ridiculous appellate court judgment upholding it heads to the Pennsylvanie Supreme Court -- would like to see Holder/the Department of Justice, or at least the Obama campaign, jump that one at the federal level -- brazen violation of the basic provision of the Voting Rights Act even though Pennsylvania is not a jurisdiction subject to prior review and approval by the Department of Justice -- could not be more blatant -- and of course, that too remains a very big deal -- it may indeed become necessary to begin anticipating based on Pennsylvania flat-out stolen if this new Pennsylvanie voter ID stands and is enforced in this election -- could rather easily skew the final percentage result, for Obama v. for Romney, by 5 or more extra percentage points for Romney, shifting the final win/lose gap 10 or more percentage points in Romney's favor -- effectively meaning that in order to win Pennsylvania, Obama would have to have won with the support 60% or more of all who would have voted including those denied by the new voter ID law -- which, of course, is precisely how these things work -- and either folks there swamp 'em sufficiently, enough of ours who can turning out ([linked in] http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=78629428 and preceding and following), and win anyway, or they don't -- . . .
