Watts, OOO, jpaige, paulapples, wesd, et al - it appears some on this board may have a lot of legal experience or even be legal experts (attorny?), so I posit the following:

Should the "class action suit" bomb be dropped to clean out the sewage from this company due to the histoy of mismanagement, lack of transparency, conflicts of interest, etc.

Could this be useful to Visser? Comments?
