You have to ask this question: why did they choose a name that is basically identical to the largest private drilling company in the US? Why not call yourself Lloyd's Drilling? And did they ever do anything with it other than start a company on paper? Did they ever even own a drilling rig?

Why that name? Why the name Cactus Drilling Company when there is a Cactus Drilling Company LLC? Good questions to ponder.
