Yes, that was the pic I remembered seeing of the Anatabloc cream that somebody posted on Yahoo.

If the article I found in Wired is correct about the effects on the skin of stopping NF-kB transcription, then the Anatabloc skin cream should help with wrinkles, age spots, and actually make skin thicker and younger looking. A few good "before and after photos" in the ad campaign would make the skin cream product go viral. It's almost as if Anatabloc's ability to stop NF-kB transcription is like a fountain of youth.

We all know that Anatabloc stops NF-kB transcription at a cellular level via the JAK-STAT pathway. What most people don't understand are the benefits one might observe from this phenomenon. In the Wired article linked above, the skin of the mice in the study not only stopped aging when NF-kB transcription was turned off ...the skin actually started looking young again.

excerpts from the above article....

The researchers first discovered a protein that plays a role in skin aging. Then they used a lotion that inhibited the protein in a genetically engineered mouse. After two weeks of treatment with their genetic cosmetic, the skin of older mice displayed the look and genetic profile of younger skin.

"It would be the best wrinkle cream ever, because it would actually work," said Alexander Hoffman, a biochemistry professor at the University of California at San Diego who did not participate in the study.

Chang's team genetically altered mice so that they could reduce the amount of NF-kB in skin cells -- the protein they found that controls various aging processes –- with a simple chemical. Then they applied that chemical, effectively blocking the protein.

"When you block NF-kB when the organism is quite old," Chang said, "you can basically block the genetic program, 'aging.'"

The skin treated with the NF-kB blocking solution became measurably thicker. A series of genetic changes also showed decreased cell aging.

Persyst, thanks for all you do. I was in another GNC store today and I handed them your list of internet testimonials on Anatabloc. I am getting tremendously positive feedback in my GNC store visits. The small GNC mall store I was in today said they have had it on the shelf for six weeks and have recently been selling about 3 bottles per week. They really didn't know a thing about Anatabloc other than it reduces inflammation. After reading your list, the middle aged female store manager said she was going to start buying it and taking it herself.
