SEC FILING [May 23, 2012]

Michelex Corporation submitted Form 15-12G/A to the Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday, May 22, 2012. This filing was an amendment to our previous Form 15 filing dated May 14, 2012. In effect, we withdrew our request to terminate registration under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Last week, pursuant to conversations with staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Michelex Corporation notified the SEC via fax and letter that Michelex will submit all filings required under Section 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to the Securities and Exchange Commission on, or before, August 31, 2012.
