oregon 1, with that SEC Filing deadline...

You are correct. Companies have by May 15th 2012 to post their end of March 2012 (Qtr 1) financials. This is a market deadline throughout. The SEC and the OTC Markets both will tell you this if you call them to ask for fully reporting companies and companies that are not fully reporting that meet OTC Market requirements.

There is basically a 45 day requirement for ” Non-accelerated Filers” to file their quarterly financials no later than 45 days from the “period ending” date; 90 days for their annual financials. Within the link below is info to help explain such requirement along with having a ”Filing Deadline Calculator” at the middle bottom of the screen to assist with determining filing deadlines:
http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm

The above info is basically referring to a ” Non-accelerated Filer” since these companies are not yet at the $75 million (float) requirement; see chart below:

I do believe that ESPI will post their Qtr 1 2012 financials before the 15 May 2012 deadline. I am expecting for ESPI to show a profit either this quarter or the next based on how they have been exponentially growing. Either way, I am expecting ESPI to continue to show exponential growth. I think we ESPI shareholders will do very very well over time here with ESPI. I am very confident that we are in good hands. I am expecting for some positive history to repeat itself as like what happened from the post below:
