Some Interesting ESPI Research…

Something that stood out to me when doing my due diligence (DD) here with ESPI was when I looked at the credentials of the ESPI management team. Here's the first piece that stood out to me...

http://www.espchem.com/Management.html
...Mr. Dugas was a founding member and co-owner of the company that became Ocean Energy, a NYSE listed company with a multi-billion dollar market capitalization. Mr. Dugas was the Executive Vice-President of the company with responsibility for the property acquisition, management, production and reservoir engineering functions of the company. ...

From first researching, it appears that first Ocean Energy and the United Meridian Corporation merged to create a $3.1 billion company with Ocean Energy as the surviving company. Then later, Ocean Energy and Devon Energy (DVN:NYSE) merged with Devon Energy as the surviving company. I think this is worth a read below…

Devon Energy and Ocean Energy Complete Merger; Creating Largest U.S. Independent Oil and Gas Producer

Now a significant portion of that team that achieved all of that above is over here in ESPI. Only a guess, but I think these guys have some major plans that I am willing to risk to be a shareholder of to experience this next chapter.
