KMA Global Solutions International Inc. Today KMAG closed up 57% on record volume of 146M above the 50MA.. At first glance this was a technical play for me but I decided to dig a little further into this one because I like the SS. Here is some DD for you guys to help speed up the process for you. I think we may be seeing an updated on the News from January soon and I like the patent's that the company owns.

It does appear that the company took out convertible debt in the filings around April of last year, which appears to be the reason for driving the PPS down.

Share Structure: (Not confirmed with TA was put on hold forever. Emailed Company just a few mins ago.
