Birdies say Buyout/Takeover: Bingo senorita, I totally agree with you. I made a call and got the same feeling. They have something going on but won't say and they said that their hands were tied from talking/releasing anything the past few days. I asked about a possible takeover/buyout from TEVA and I mentioned the fact that TEVA has put this out in their recent press release (looking for buyouts such as BPAX and the same mkt cap size) that they are targeting 100mm market cap+ Biotechs and they admitted this is the case but couldn't confirm it was BPAX.

There is a good chance BPAX is in the middle of doing a big deal/poject or buyout/takeover now and it has to be approved or needed both lawyer parties on each side to approve it prior to executing and releasing it to the market. Regardless I feel we will get some big news from the company by next week sometime. To many positive things going on right now with BPAX.

Big News, Project, Deal or Buyout: I am just posting what was told to me from an associate that spoke to the company. He asked many questions as he is a big investor.... a few questions were why would they of cleaned the debt off the books(converted the notes) right before and right after the FDA approval and what is the companies plans in regards to this with its funders/institutions, does BPAX have a deal with TEVA where this was needed or is TEVA buying them out. The answer he got all indicted that there is either a big project about to be announced or a buyout/takeover. Furthermore they mentioned the company couldn't comment/talk in the past days on whats going on with them and TEVA (as well as maybe others) which makes me feel they are finalizing something as we speak and I think this will help propel the stock back to the $1.20 mark along with putting a final pressure on the shorts. I believe, as I & others have said all along, the big money has been running this game/show perfectly (the trading in BPAX) by wearing down the smaller investors & traders therefore getting them to sell/part with their shares. This has also been done by the shorts as they want to keep the pps down and we have seen people like Adam F help out as well so this is all a known fact.

The writing is clearly on the wall and I, along with several others have been posting this all along. BPAX is clearly undervalued and has the largest pipeline of cancer vaccines (17 cancer products) and data per the CEO plus they have 2 fda approvals, 4 products Orphan Drug designation, plenty of cash in the bank and monster research groups/institutions that are funding their cancer trials/programs (John Hopkins, etc).

Remember BPAX is way undervalued when compared to all other biotech companies. This is my opinion and hunch from my dd, what was said by the company and research involved. Here are just a few notes and comments.

Gap Filled/Reversal is In/Buy Out: Time to trend back up. This was great we got another opportunity to get cheapies. I posted all along this would go much higher and it did, I posted all along I was 99% sure FDA would approve and they did, I post all along the big money is controlling the stock and shaking us longs to get as many shares as possible prior to running it back to $2.00+ and they have done that.

The short term guys here have and or did get slaughtered. The medium to longer term guys here (more then 1,2,3 days) are making bank and will make a lot more bank short term. Company has upcoming announcements and big things in the pipeline which will propel the stock to new highs ($1.20+) short term. I am willing to bet they have been approached by TEVA already to be taken over or bought out. The writing is clearly on the walls. Will explain more later off to a meeting I go.

TEVA buyout/takeover of BPAX? I am starting to like the sound of this as it makes a lot of sense and many of us on this board have wondered if TEVA would buy BPAX out. Chances are they would pay at least a few dollars per share which would make all of us some serious coin. I mean regardless its going back to a few dollars per share short term in my opinion however the buzz if TEVA or BPAX mentions this is in the works or on the table would send the price per share of BPAX sky high.

And....... as PennyStockBoy just posted an excerpt from TEVA's news today mentions this again.

An excerpt from a TEVA PR today:

Quote:Teva Pharmaceutical Industries aims to reduce its reliance on its key multiple sclerosis drug and expand in markets beyond the United States after a rise in profits due partly to growing sales of Copaxone.
...
Yanai would not comment on specific acquisition plans but said Teva was examining opportunities in line with its strategy.

From their latest success with BPAX, perhaps we will be one of those opportunities.
