MacLeod and Wallace are crooks. Theft, harssment, stock fraud, money laundring, they've done it all. It was their criminal actions that have slowed the progress at GeckoSystems.

Anyone who could interfere in a business designed to help the elderly and the disabled lead a safer and more independent life has to be about as low as they come.

Former judgments are the result of abusive and fraudulent legal action, the result of criminal behavior. Even Prodec, the company who was allegedly wronged by Gecko Systems, has been tied to their criminal ring.

Wallace's filings are abusive and I think the court should saddle him with a Winslow order so he can't file any more fraudulent or forged paperwork. A Winslow order in one state would make it easy for GeckoSystems to file for an order of protection in other states, but if Wallace ends up in a jail or on a psych ward maybe it won't matter.

MacLeod is a long term con. His history of in penny stock fraud goes back further than the history of GeckoSystems. He was well practiced in his art when Jerry Alexander brouht him to the company. He is a heartless con man and a dangerous liar, many businesses have been conned by him and if he isn't stopped there will be more. I bet he's even teaching his kids how to do the con. He and his wife were both associated with Brian Bonar, a serious serial scammer.

Here's how Bonar works:

MacLeod's wife worked for Bonar, that's where she met him. Who says opposites attract? They're both crooks. MacLeod worked for Solvis, Dalrada and more.

Here's a post about John Capezzuto and Brian Bonar. George MacLeod worked for them both:

It all started when a member of the Crew, Jerry Alexander, introduced a smooth talking overweight ex jock named George MacLeod to Spencer. Alexander was also involved

Aspire is his current con, but I think he's milked that one for about all it's worth and will soon have to find greener pastures. He even ripped off his IR team with this one, refusing to pay them while he rakes in the dough by lying and cheating.

If you want to know about Aspire, start here and read on:

Here's the information on Sushi Trend, another business he tried to destroy. Fortunately they survived.

Here's how one aspect of the con works, but there's more, much more:

When I checked this out I found out that George Macleod had several connections to these crooks.

Here's the trail I found:

There's also a guy by the name of David Stocker mentioned. He's doing time now it seems. He was sent up the river for a scheme involving the use of Rule 504 stock sold under Texas law to short companies.

George MacLeod was clearly associated with Sushi Trend.

Jerry Alexander and David Stocker seemed to be involved with Sushi Trend:

"Someone" introduced Reed Wallace to Sushi Trend (Reed is Neil Wallace's Brother). Sushi Trend sued and got a default judgment against Reed:

Reed bought Rule 504 stock and pretended to be a Texas investor. "someone" introduced Reed Wallace to Sushi Trend but the complaint doesn't say who it was. I've personally confirmed that it was George MacLeod who introduced Reed to Sushi Trend

It seems as though Reed Wallace didn't show because he knew he was screwed. He also probably believed that if he showed he'd have to testify about George MacLeod, Neil Wallace, Reed Wallace, and more.
