This is George MacLeod's newest con... At least it's the most recent one one I've found, he could have moved on to greener pastures though.

He's got an exceptional employment agreement it seems, I've never seen such an odd filing.

5.3 The Company shall not, without the prior written consent of its board of directors and if required by law of its majority shareholders:

This is also one of the most peculiar press releases I've ever found, talk about much ado about nothing:

The press release doesn't mention that this "Private Nevada Corporation" is defunct.

The sales presentation might just forget to mention that the above is a publicly traded company that is different from the defunct Nevada company.
