Hey Chade...Check these links out. More DD from me to you. I haven't put the puzzle together yet, but there are a LOT of puzzle pieces here. Not just coincidence. Apparently Stuart Goldfarb resigned as CEO from Intellicell Biosciences on 18 January 2012, per the first URL below. Didn't know he was CEO of another company. Consequently, that company mergered with a company called MEDIA EXCHANGE GROUP (Later sold to Consorteum Holdings, LLC.) last year and guess who was appointed to the BOD of MEDIA EXCHANGE GROUP in the SEC merger filing??? You got it...Stuart Goldfarb!!! Not sure what it all means, but it paints a clear picture to me that Stuart Goldfarb is experienced in the merger business from what I read here.
