What it all means is that improvements were underway beyond the initial filings and continued for some time - perhaps still are. It's called progress, hopefully. What this all amounts to is unknown until the filings are published and we get a look at them. Even then the ultimate test of success is the marketplace and the testing at NREL for Certification in Early 2012.

We await developments - QSPW wold have have us believe this is something BIG - maybe it is - how can we know? It's tough!! Flip a coin - assess the caliber of top management and top techies and make your bet. Me? I watch - haven't bought any yet. Though I must say I have been intrigued since day 1!

What will be the crucial next step? National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) results. They should tell the tale as to whether this is a marginal improvement or a significant advance.
