well after nannop's comment i got back on the phone and got their CTO to call me heres what he said
the 2007 filings were basically lot of theory on the technology .They filed a provisional in late 2009.
then they filed 2provisionals in 2010. also a convention treaty application was filed.
Then in July 2011 they rolled everything into 1 PCT filing ,what ever that means , then he said they have another provisional filing to add in the first quarter 2012 . I dont really understand what all this means but maybe nannop can enlighten us a bit he seems to understand patents
