OK, I just talked to Rob.

He said, anyone can say what they want, or do what they want. He is complying with the State Of KY in order to get this done. He will not jeopardize the project by acting prematurely. He says this will be done, stressful as it is at this point.

I suppose that whatever he is waiting for, he has no choice but to wait and comply. Too much at stake for him and everyone else.

We report, you decide, it's that simple. As for the pps, IMHO, it will rise again.
