Nice digging TruckingAngler, if I'm not mistaken, Usla has the ties to Eletta and that could directly involve IARO through his connections which would be a very big deal for IARO. After checking your links, I remember many months ago, lol, that someone did find the link between Elatta and IARO, that being Usla, he also works for them and if memory serves me correctly, he still is the VP of IARO. I spent countless hours and gained many "silver hairs" trying to get to the bottom of this outfit since 2009 and I just have no real concrete evidence of anything. But a few of the puzzle pieces are beginning to come together, I think.

Looks like the second form by knight was filed in May 2011. And according to the filings at that time, the o/s was still 289 million. Interesting that they've acquired 15% of IARO.

Maybe bought the majority on the market yesterday? Any thoughts?

I'm assuming that possibly nearly the entire o/s was locked up yesterday.

If Knight acquired 15% back in May, perhaps they are looking to lock up the rest of it?

According to the filing by Knight in May 2011, it looks like the o/s was still 289 million. There wasn't much trading in the stock after that.
