Not surprising, as it is not difficult at all to audit a company that has no business activity. What is there to hide or surprise when you have no revenue, expenses or practically any assets?

When you put out financials saying that you have no business, it should be a quick audit sign off. Actually I am surprised that they claim this is so far out. My guess is that this will turn out like the ticker change request which was submitted "immediately" in April.
