So let me get this straight, this is supposed a real oil company with a business according to the posts I read here. Especially the posts telling me I am wrong. In addition, there is supposedly work going on to get a ticker symbol change.

So tell me, why then in July through September has not a single expense, cost, or asset been recorded in their books through that ENTIRE period???

Was there no rent paid? Does the company have an office?

Were there NO corporate expenses? None? No telephone expenses, no salary expenses, no office supply expenses? NONE? No one bought a pen during the quarter??

What about legal expenses? Where are they? They are signing leases for land/oil and YET NO LAWYERS are involved? Are they doing business in a third world nation and don't need lawyers to draft and review contracts?

Surely they must have had costs IF they REALLY filed for a ticker symbol change, right? They HAVE to have some kind of legal/financial representation, right? Where are the costs for this? They at LEAST must have express mailed some documents... leases, FNRA filings, right? They did their financials, where is the cost for doing that? Did someone do their financials and fillings and accounting for free??? WHERE are the costs for all these items in the quarterly financials?

SURELY there were costs to issue the PRs (typically $500 to $1000 each)! WHERE are those costs for those in their books?

What have they hidden? What are they hiding? Where is the ticker change that was "filed immediately" (company's words) in April. WHERE??

THE QUARTERLY FINANCIALS SHOW NOTHING HAS HAPPENED IN THE COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE QUARTER. NOTHING! I READ HERE ALL THESE RANTS ABOUT "PROGRESS", AND "OIL BUSINESS", AND DAMN "3RD GENERATION OIL" CRAP! WELL WHERE THE HELL IS THE BUSINESS?? SHOW ME ANY BUSINESS GOING ON IN THEIR BOOKS IN THE QUARTER!! SHOW ME!

Can anyone show me any other business on the planet that is an active running functioning corporation, yet has NO expenses or revenues for an entire quarter?
