Tytan is seeking New Representatives throughout the USA. President Mark Leonard is just home from a trip to Colorado where he started talks with several dealers concerning Tytan snow blowers. Tytan’s New 304 Mini tractor has arrived and also the new Chipper that is with a 40 hp engine and a trailer.
Aggressive steps to put Tytan products in more Dealers’ hands will include:
-Snow blower Dealers in Northern states with large snow

Here is a brief synopsis of recent activity at Tytan Holdings Inc:

> 1) Mark Leonard will be in China in the middle of May, 2011. These are some of the items on his agenda:
- a) Meeting again with the Crawler factory about a new model being made for vineyards and row crops. This machine will feature strong traction for use in narrow passages.
- b) Conducting the New Mini 304 factory inspections on the coming shipment, as well as attending the all new factory grand opening.
- c) Meeting on new Commercial Chipper designed for rental yards and contractors, as well as inspecting their shipment.
- d) Meeting at factory with whom Mr. Leonard has had an excellent relationship since he was CEO of the Rhino Tractor Company in 1988.
- e) Meeting with the tractor factory in China, who is preparing to produce a model for Tytan.

- j) And finally, meeting with a potential, new Tytan Wholesale Distributor for Australia.
> 2) Employment ads for Manufacturing Representatives across the USA have been posted, applications are being accepted and the selection process is underway. The goal is to establish a top flight team of Tytan reps across the country that will, in turn, bring highly qualified dealers on line with the full array of Tytan farm equipment.
> 3) Tytan is in the final phase of a location study. The Company has narrowed its search for its first new “Tytan Only “store. The Company hopes to have a new location operational prior to the end of Q3.
> 4) Tytan has been steadily adding quality people to the core team. -Sept 21 2011 Tytan Holdings, Inc. Announces the Latest Arrival of Tractor Shipments From China

Several different shipments of equipment built in China for Tytan are arriving over the next two weeks. Included in these shipments is the new 406 Crawler features Tytan's patented 4N1 front loader, the EZ fill rear fuel tank and a new Professional Driver's Seat that permits the operator much improved visibility. A separate shipment of the all new 604 Tractor (60hp with 4WD) is also arriving, along with the all new 334s. The 334 has been Tytan's best seller in the past. "This design upgrade of the 334 will surpass any tractor on the market by virtue of its beefy front axle design and increased chassis strength for heavy duty front loader work," said CEO Mark Leonard, adding, "This advanced chassis/front axle design eliminates any hanging items such as a tie rod etc., that can be hit by unseen stumps or boulders etc. Plus, the fit and finish will meet and beat the competition's anywhere, any day, no matter how much more they cost."

-Sept 7 2011 Tytan Confirms Meeting Dates With Chinese Tractor Company

TYTN is pleased to announce that today, dates were confirmed for the upcoming meetings at the Kalama facility with a large Chinese Tractor factory. Those meetings will occur on September 18-19th and cover tractors from 25hp to 180hp 4WD. Tytan has already received samples and is vigorously testing tractors ahead of the meetings. Testing of a 75hp tractor performing heavy loader work can be seen at: www.tytantractor.com/comparison.html. There you will also see some pictures of investors that have stopped by to meet us.
The tone of our meetings with the Chinese tractor factories will be a bit different than in the past. Previously, the tractor factories had to deal with EPA requirements that changed yearly. Now that these EPA requirements have stabilized, sales & marketing planning are much easier, which will be among the subjects discussed at the meetings.

-Aug 24 2011 Major Chinese Tractor Factory Requests Visit to Tytan International

TYTAN is proud to announce that it will be hosting a delegation from one of the largest tractor factories in China that includes two Vice Presidents and a General Manager. This factory, which employs over 30,000, has requested the Company to host its top level management team in mid September 2011. They have disclosed that their intent of this long journey is to "increase our mutually beneficial relationship" with Tytan. Discussions will include New Products and Marketing strategies on this side of the Pacific......."I have a 20 year relationship based on trust with these guys," said Mark Leonard, adding, "I'm honored to have them visit us after all these years........"We believe that this visit will sow the seeds necessary to take Tytan up to and beyond the level we achieved together with Rhino. -Aug 17 2011 Tytan International Announces Its All NEW Commercial Chipper

TYTN is pleased to announce the arrival of the all NEW MB485 KINGCHIPPER. It is a self feeding Chipper, with its own engine and a tow behind welded trailer, has a 45hp 4 cylinder diesel engine and will burn about 35% less fuel then competitors. The MB485 has a hydraulic motor that runs the self feeding feed roller. No belts, chains or gears to worry about. The feed mouth of the chipper is 24" X 36" that enables user to feed all sorts of yoked brush or logs into it, has its own built in fuel tank and hydraulic oil supply tank.

-June 22 2011 TYTAN is pleased to announce that it worked with the Port of Kalama

TYTAN is pleased to Announce that it worked with the Port of Kalama on an agreement that enables Tytan to unload its tractors within 1 mile of Tytan's facility. Mark Leonard says; "This puts Tytan in a position no other importer has available" and "this amounts to a 20-25% advantage over any other Tractor importer." Previously, Tytan's tractors arrived per container in Seattle. Once in Kalama the tractors were unloaded, unpacked from their crates and had to be assembled, which amounted to huge costs.
Now Tytan can ship tractors with front loaders installed and /or tillers on the rear 3pt etc, that can be driven off the Ships at this special ramped dock, owned by the Port of Kalama. The Port of Kalama is the location where all grains from the Western half of the USA are shipped to by rail and then loaded on ships from all over the World. Kalama has its own Customs offices for the Grain shipments and that also will be a huge benefit for Tytan.

-June 17 2011 Tytan Filed for a Change in the A/S

This week Tytan Holdings increased the authorized stock. This increase will allow Tytan to bring in new investors, which in turn will allow Tytan to accelerate their business plans. There has been NO change in management.

Gary Lynch, Managing Director of Weir & Harrod, brings over 100 years of equipment sales experience to bear on the opening of the Australian Market to Tytan International Products. His firm also deals extensively in Asia and the Middle East. "After meeting Gary and have him travel with me for six days and visiting 13 Chinese factories, it became crystal clear to me that he would make a good Distributor for our Company in Australia," said CEO Mark Leonard........."We are also fortunate to sign Fred Joiner to the Tytan Team," added Leonard. Mr. Joiner will be the Tytan Sales Representative for the Pacific Northwest region (WA, OR, ID & MT). We are interviewing Manufacturers Rep agents for all areas of the United States and Canada. This should be finished within the next 60 days. The Representatives in most cases will be AG reps, already in the business with good customer relationships.

The Tytan Log Splitter is then transformed into a hydraulic press to flatten or bend with while out in the field using 100% tractor power, a feature useful in accomplishing field repairs of heavy mechanical equipment. This Log Splitter further comes with "pullers" that will screw into the same black flat bracket to then act as a puller, again for accomplishing mechanical repairs of heavy equipment while in the field.

June 12, 2010: Leonard ties deal with Key Chinese Factories
The "Quantum Group" which includes three factories, is a large scale enterprise located in Urban District near Weifang city, China. The Agreement signed is for a long term development and sales effort with Tytan International Inc. Tytan has focussed on the small-size 4-wheel tractors ranging from 25-65 hp. Tytan's President , Mark Leonard, has been a long time friend and leader in the Chinese Tractor and Implement development. Mr Leonard says that his NEW factories meet the USA needs better then any others in China. Mr Leonard was a key partisipant in the development of several of the best Chinese tractor companies from 1988-1996.
Leonard's NEW deal is with three key tractor factories that have tractor experience since 1958 and have Sales throughout the World. They have also earned the "Top Quality" medals among Chinese Tractor Companies. These factories have grown and prospered to earn NEW modern factory facilities as well as having the best young engineers in China. Leonard is well known in China for his title as "the Product Innovator" of Chinese Tractor Products within China.

Mark is sitting next to the President of Factory #2. On the other side of the President are three Government people here to see what Mark says about his tour of the new factory today and to discuss work that will be planned to make this factory to be the BEST accepted Tractor in the USA. This factory builds the MOST POPULAR tractor in China with Commercial Farmers. When cosmetic plans are completed, in about 8-12 months, it is felt by many that this will be the most sought after tractor in the USA/CANADA. This tractor was also the cornerstone tractor in Mark's first tractor company, Rhino. When re-introduced with MODERN cosmetics, it will again be the strongest and most reliable tractor sold anywhere.

The How and Why: " Cross listing " can lead to increased stock liquidity and a decrease in a cost of capital. Cross listing of shares is when a firm lists its equity shares on one or more foreign stock exchange in addition to its domestic exchange Examples include: American Deposit Receipt (ADR) European Depositary Receipt (EDR), International Depositary Receipt (IDR) and Global Registered Shares (GRS).
(Study)...finding suggests that the stock market expects the cross-listing to have a positive impact on firm value.Doidge, Karolyi, and Stulz (2004) [5] show that companies with a cross-listing in the U.S. have a higher valuation than non-cross-listed corporations, especially for firms with high growth opportunities...
